As soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated. Specifically, in European countries, it may take 5-9 days for you to receive your order, and in Asian countries, it may take 3-5 days. We ship worldwide. Just place your order, and we will always serve you as quickly as possible.

We sincerely hope you are happy with your DYAD STUDIO purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange providing the goods are returned within a 30 day period in an unworn and unused condition. (after receiving your parcel)

Please also note that returns are currently not free of charge and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. The shipping cost for exchange products will be paid by the customer as well. Please also be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.

In case you received a defect product. Please send those products back to us. After we received the defect product the return shipping cost will be paid refunded by us.
